- Havermout (of boekweit) (200 gr)
- Amandelsnippers (40 gr)
Bereiding:
- Verwarm de over voor op 180 graden celcius.
- Pel de bananen en prak ze met een vork fijn, heb je een blender dan kan dat ook uitstekend.
- Vermeng met een mixer de geprakte bananen met de havermout en de helft van de amandelsnippers.
- Leg met twee kleine lepels hoopjes beslag op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Maak de hoopjes plat. Heb je een siliconen minimuffin vorm dan kan het daar ook prima in.
- Bestrooi met de rest van de amandelsnippers en zet ongeveer 15 minuten op het middelste rooster van de oven.
