2 handen verze babyblad spinazie, gewassen en fijngesneden
1 teentje knoflook
1 koffielepel sojasaus
4 el olijfolie
Versgemalen peper naar smaak
Bereiding:
Klop de eieren los met de amandelmelk. Verwarm wat olijfolie in een koekenpan en fruit de uit met de knoflook, voeg de sojasaus toe en wat later de spinazie en laat de spinazie iets slinken.
Voeg het ui/spinaziemengsel en het rookvlees toe aan de losgeklopte eieren.
Verwarm weer wat olijfolie en bak een dikke omelet van het eimengsel.
Strooi er nog wat versgemalen peper over naar smaak, klap hem dubben en verdeel in tweeën.
